Student Exchange

Polban Office of International Affair opens opportunity for Polban students to participate an exchange program to Polban partner universities. The duration of this program depends on each university. Before apply please make sure that you know every condition in this program (duration program, scholarship, academic years, list of subjects). There are also important requirements you must know to apply for exchange program such as :

  • Official Academic Transcript in English version.

The official academic transcript in English version is released by Academic office (BAAK). To get this document you should visit BAAK counter and make a request to get academic transcript in English. The officer will give you the form to fill in and submit the form at the same counter. Please kindly wait for several days to get the signed transcript from BAAK. Once received, please copy your transcript and legalize it at BAAK.

  • Certificate of Enrollment (Surat Keterangan Mahasiswa Aktif Polban dalam bahasa Inggris)

This document aims as a proof that you are Polban students. You can get this letter from BAAK.

  • Certificate of English Proficiency

You can use TOEFL/IELTS depends on requirements of the program.

  • Learning Agreement

You must use this form to confirm regarding the courses that you will take for student exchange program. Please download the form in this link Credit Transfer.docx.

  • Statement Letter (Surat Pernyataan)

This letter to confirm that you’ve already know the condition of the program and will obey the rule. Please download the file in this link Surat Pernyataan Student Exchange.docx

  • Funding Request Form

You can propose a supporting funding from Polban. Please download the form as per below link : Form Pengajuan Dana Exchange.docx

Please fill in and complete this form with signature of your Head of Department. Submit the forms to International Office at least 2 weeks before the event and enclose your proposal as well as Letter of Acceptance. One more additional information, please create a fund request letter with attention to “Vice Rector for Academic & Students Affairs” and signed by your Head of Department and you. Please be advised that the fund is limited to exchange programs with purposes such as Academic Related Activities, Scientific Related Activities, Leadership and Cultural.

Important note: we will not process your proposal if you fail to submit within the provided period
